One Day MHFA Champions

Two Day Mental Health First Aiders
A practical skills and awareness course designed to give you a deeper understanding of Mental Health, Practical skills to spot triggers and signs, confidence to step in and support a person in distress and knowledge to help that person recover by guiding them to professional help.

Mental Health First Aid Refresher
If you are a Mental Health First Aider or MHFA Champion take the refresher course every three years to keep your Mental Health awareness current, update your knowledge and practice applying the Mental Health First Aid action plan.
